How do I download a profile when this keeps happening?

When I try to download a new profile it tells me to connect to Xbox live and I am I have full internet connection I can watch all sorts of movies and play online games.

do you know how to download your profile with the 360 emulator ?

If not, here is how it works: Start the 360 game and then press the 'View' and the 'Start' buttons (the 2 below the Xbox button) at the same time. This will open the 360 menue where you can delete and download your profile.

Btw if you change your Gamertag you have to download your profile anew at the 360 emu !

Have you tried to download it using a different network like a mobile hotspot? And when you download what do you see?

Wait i know how to download a profile but how do i delete one but when i download the profile do i keep everything my black ops 2 prestige diamond guns all that stuff so when i download it. it wil lbe like i didnt do nothing like its just the same as my
old profile nothing changed
