How do I dispute charges?

Someone used my account to order an XBox and XBox subscription. There is absolutely no way on your website to correct this.

How frustrating. You have no customer service to call, no way to get my money back. it was $$370.00. I cannot afford to pay for someone else's XBox. I already bought 2 of them and pay a monthly fee. As a longtime customer, I do not understand why there is no way to remedy this. Some things need a person and not AI.

This is the way of the world, take people's money for a service and then have no way for them to contact you.

The investigation tool does not show the PayPal transaction as a choice.

You would contact Microsoft Store support. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...urchases-4f615f2a-6bbd-fd69-6695-ae213d63eef0 And if it is listed on your account you can cancel and refund the subscription at http://account.microsoft.com If it doesn't show on your account, you would need to work with your card company for unauthorized charges.

How do I do it? I'm pretty new to this, and I also see that it says "Disputed charge" what does that mean?

Unless the charge is on your account that you own then you can not dispute the charges with Microsoft. Your best option is to dispute the charges with your credit/debit card company and let them handle the dispute with Microsoft. This is what they do
as a financial institution. It's is a lot easier to dispute credit card charges rather than debit card, takes less time.
