How do I disable the Ad Blocker so that I can play the game?

We need more info, like what game are you having the issue with, and which adblocker are you using?

I don't know how to switch accounts and keep my subscription perks, but i tried to disable my ad blockers and they are still only going to the sign in screen.

First off, you should disable pop up blocker and if you have an ad blocker pause it but if you are using chrome go to the top right corner that has 3 bars click on it and go to settings under privacy click content settings and scroll down and you should
be able to disable it through their now you can be an ambassador

The 360 marketplace works a bit different so I don't think they can be added to your cart. As for the purchasing process, does this happen on all browsers? Have you tried others? Do you have any pop up blockers or ad blockers on? You might try a private
browser session to see if that works.
