    How do I delete the games I have on my Seagate Game Drive for Xbox 2TB External Hard Drive...


    I want to delete the games on my "Seagate Game Drive for Xbox 2TB External Hard Drive Portable HDD"

    This External Hard Drive is currently on a Original Xbox One console and I want to clear the games on it and put it on my
    Xbox One S console is this possible?

    Also if I have games on the External Hard Drive that are currently on my Xbox One S will it mess something up if I delete them?

    So I double checked the format and it is NTFS. And yes it is a seagate 2tb external xbox one hard drive, 3.0usb. So I am not sure why it will not let me use it for games. When the hard drive is a game drive.

    I HAVE DOWNLOADED A GAME ON XBOX360 AND PUT IT ON A FLASH DRIVE. HOW DO I GET TO IT TO PLAY IT? KEEPS TELL ME TO CONNECT A XBOX HARD DRIVE.

    Seagate makes an external Game Drive compatable for XBOX. I believe a 2TB memory drive is only $80 these days. Worth it, if you have a lot of games, as the consoles can't store a large library.
    That wouldn't work in this situation. Games that require a hard drive require the specific 360 hard drive, but just external storage.

    My son is needing an external hard drive (2TB) for his old Xbox 360s. What do you recommend?
    Pretty much any brand of external hard drive will work on the Xbox 360. But, I recommend anything from either Western Digital, Seagate or Toshiba should work fine.

    My old 360 - which I use occasionally has a 2TB Western Digital external hard drive.

    As I said before, it's a good idea to install all disc based games now. These Xbox 360 consoles aren't getting any younger!
