    I just bought a new console and made a mistake when I added my gamertag. is there any way to get back to my original?

    i know how to get your account back all u gotta do is delete ur account off of your xbox and then click recover gamertag and delete profile only and then you got your account back.

    What do you mean by you can't? What happens when you try to connect to a network?

    Please also check your location and date & time if they're all correct.
    To access the system settings, press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select Profile & system > Settings > System.
