    How do I delete a cloud save?


    I know this is asked a lot, so I'm not sure why I have to even ask, but how do I get access to and delete my cloud saves? I would like to start a game over and I can delete the local file, but it gives me zero options to delete my cloud file. Please don't
    just give me the same "Go to Manage Game and select Save Game and delete and delete everywhere" response. This doesn't exist anymore and it's just frustrating at this point that there hasn't been a legitimate look at this issue. At the very least we should
    be able to use a browser to access and delete these files. Thanks for your time and help.

    Hello, thanks for responding! When you say clear local saved games, it will delete all games on my console but it won’t delete any games saved on the cloud. How do I know that my games are saved on the cloud?

    We have a player that perform the following and it worked:

    For all of the other people having this problem, please follow the steps listed in this thread.

    I don't know whether or not my observations will be the same as what you experience, but here's what happened with me. I played the game for a few hours with my preferences set to offline. I then quit the game, logged out of my account, and then unplugged the Xbox for a few minutes.

    Plugged it into the socket, fired it up, set my settings to online, and launched the game. When the synchronization was in progress I canceled it. Then a two-choice dialog appeared on the screen which alerted me that the game I'm currently playing does not match the game stored on the cloud. Obviously I chose to stick with the game currently underway. It overwrote the cloud save.

    SO .... I'm all set. Super frustrating that these simple steps aren't posted right on the Xbox One help section. All that time and frustration was a waste.

    Hey Mauro, I've just tried that, I deleted all the saves and I tried to load in and it resynced the save back on my console all over again, what should I do?

    My name is Mauro and am glad to assist you.

    You can manage your data for individual games through My games & apps on your Home screen. Here's how:
    On Home, select My games & apps.
    Highlight the game, press the Menu  button on your controller, then select Manage game & add-ons.
    Select the Saved data box, then choose the item you want to delete.
