    How do I defend myself??

    Last night I upset someone online. Shock horror. So he then proceeded to contact me on multiple accounts and abuse the system to report me on all his accounts resulting in me receiving a two day ban. I spoke to Support and I have no way to defend myself, nor do I have any way to appeal. I even have the screen recording of the messages from 5 separate accounts that all got blocked. And I had to change my security settings to stop anymore messages. Yet I’m in the wrong….

    The system cannot be "abused" in this way. It doesn't matter how many reports you receive, reports are investigated before an enforcement decision is made.

    You have been banned because the reports were investigated and Xbox found that a violation occurred. The only thing that can be done now is to wait for your ban to end.

    No disrespect but clearly the system was abused and no investigation was conducted to just ban me within five minutes of the first message. And still I received more messages from accounts so he clearly abused the report system and knew exactly how

    Again, it doesn't really matter how many reports you receive, you will only be banned if the reports are valid.

    False reports are against Xbox ToS, players who submit false reports risk their account being suspended.
