How do i copy account from my xbox one to my new xbox one s

All you need to do is simply log on to your profile on your new Xbox One S! It's your Microsoft account that your gamertag is linked to. You should be walked through all of that with the initial setup screen when you first power on the new console.

All of your game saves and digital purchases (games, DLC, etc) should be automatically downloaded to the console.

If you installed any games with a disc, you will need to pop the discs in and install/update it again.

Yeah I had to do this "awesome" process just to get my account to load on a brand new Xbox One S. From Xbox 360 to now the same account error code is alive and well.

How old is your Xbox One S? It could be from overuse or just being old. I have a OG Xbox One and my power brick needed to be replaced. Im pretty sure the Xbox One S's dont have a outside power brick like the OG Xbox Ones do. Honestly as you said if this
is the issue just save your cash for the new Xbox One.
