    How do I convert my 13,000 reward points into store credit?


    Hello, I just checked my rewards points and it says I have a little more than 13,000 points currently, but it says on the bottom of the page that the points are pending. It says once you hit 5,000 it will convert to currency, and the meter bar is full, but
    nothing has happened yet. It also says my overall reward earnings is like 75,000 so I know that 13,000 is what I currently have, not my overall rewards. Any help would be much appreciated, maybe I'm just missing something obvious. Thanks!

    I don’t know how to access my rewards credits and convert them into currency I can use on xbox store.

    Credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you get to 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

    Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
    the following month. Since we placed your payback as pending recently, and dated it as the end of last month, it will be a part of your mid-April deposit.

    Since being introduced in October, Gems have never had a Credit or currency value assigned to them. They can only be spent on purchases from the Vault. However, we realize that users have grown attached to their Gems, so when you are transitioned to Microsoft
    Rewards, they will be converted into points. Note that Microsoft Rewards points and Xbox Live Rewards Credits are not the same. Your Gems will not be converted into Xbox Live Rewards Credits if you choose to remain in the Rewards programs, but will be converted
    into Microsoft Rewards Points.
