How do I continue with Kristoff? Dreamlight Valley

Xbox one... I am on the last moment of his quest where he gives me the old sled. At the end of his conversation, the gane gets stuck. No button works to get out of it. Characters are moving around still, but I cant move or press anything. I have to close the game and re open it to play and I still have to talk to him. I have tried nearly ten times and it always freezes.

Hi Sabre, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If that didn't work we may need to uninstall and reinstall the game.

there had been some issues with this game. If I got stuck I was waiting for the next day and doing something else before trying the stucked situation again.

Sometimes it needed several trys !

Please, reset your console.

Before you continue, make sure you've got the account sign-in information. You'll need it to log back into your console after the reset.

You can follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Select Reset and keep my games & apps.
