    How do I contact xbox without calling or talking to the bot?


    My friend has recently been SUSPENDED for no reason. I think it was a salty person in a minecraft server that is mad because they are bad and reported him, but all I know is that my friend did nothing wrong and is a good person. The suspension is 2 weeks. Please help. How do I contact Xbox without calling or talking to the agent bot that doesn't help at all?

    Support doesn't handle enforcement issues. Your friend would have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information about their suspension and to see about submitting a case review.

    I need to know. Why would there be no way to view that. How do I contact an xbox employee, I always get a bot to talk to. But he does not know anything.

    I had a similar problem. Xbox Enforcement is a joke.

    They ban the wrong people and the don't ban the ones that should be.

    You cant call, no response team, it's mostly bots doing the work.

    The people that work for xbox support can't contact enforcement. Hmmm!

    NOT EVEN EMAIL.

    It's really hard to contact a bot. The bot scans for a certain criteria words, action. etc.

    Don't forget about Karma. it is always there
