How do I contact the enforcement team

I got suspended for 2 days still trying to figure out what the reason was from what they posted on the enforcement screen. A week later I go to write a message on PC through the Xbox app and it's saying they count is still suspended. The account was suspended a week prior for 2 days but everything I could see it says it's been completed yet my PC account cannot write a messages because it says it's currently under suspension

The enforcement action must be open currently. It can't be for a past/closed enforcement action.

if you don't have any listing and support said it was extended there is nothung you can do

Extensions only happen when more violations were found during the course of the previous investigation

And a 100 day one is pretty bad
