How do i contact the enforcement team

Ok so i have being commutation banned for over a month. This ban was meant to have ended on the 10/16/2017, 7:14:52 PM so after having this online and communication ban i waited the original 2 weeks. But after the 2 weeks i was still communication banned,
So i went and checked my enforcement history and yes everything was clear no active enforcement so thought maybe support can help. After contacting support they told me this ban would last till January 28th 2018. This must be some kind of mistake since when
does the world bitc* result in a 4 month ban?. So someone needs to be looking into the fact an enforcement member has given out a very very un fair ban with no way of asking for a case review or even showing up on active. Someone must know what i can do.

You can file a case review but if he violated the code of conduct, then the account is subject to a suspension.

If he's going to be saying a lot of words that violate the code of conduct, you may want to disable the voice chat.

1) For account suspensions or bans sign in at this site with your account at

2) No one here on the Xbox Forums or at Xbox Support can provide the reason or proof why you were banned.

3) No one here on the Xbox Forums or at Xbox Support can change the state of ANY suspension or ban.

4) Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account.

7) If someone is making offensive remarks to you, do not reply back to them. Report and block them.

- If you're in a party chat and offensive remarks are being made. Your account may receive a suspension just for being in that party if the party is reported.

8) It's your account and you're responsible for it. If you let a friend use your account and they violate they Code of Conduct or Terms of Use with your account, then it's your account that will be penalized.

you aren't allowed to retaliate in anyway that violates the terms of use regardless of who starts the fight

You are only allowed to block mute and report

You can file a case review at https://enforcement.xbox.com

But it's pretty straight forward

 

if you don't have any listing and support said it was extended there is nothung you can do

Extensions only happen when more violations were found during the course of the previous investigation

And a 100 day one is pretty bad
