    How do you contact the Enforcement Team on their website? The answer is you don't! The "submit a case review" link is broke because the Enforcement Team rather spam people and give out unfair suspensions instead of actually doing their job!

    Hey Daft Badger, great answer! I tried that and they created a ton of accounts just to send me messages saying I am worthless and I should kill my self! I asked of you guys could find them and ban their console, but you didn't you gave me more bs! I live
    in the middle of no where and all I can do this play my Xbox! I had to deal with every day! Every single day! Do you guys think messing with suicidal teens is funny! Answer me!

    Not sure who you spoke to but it wasn't someone from the enforcement team.

    Block & report anyone sending abusive messages
    enforcement.xbox.com/.../HowTo

    You can also set your privacy settings to friends only.

    Just fyi,none of us here work for Microsoft or the enforcement team.

    I submitted a case review it said it was under review for 2 hours and its still saying that anyone wlse have this problem?

    It takes longer than 2 hours for them to review your case. So it can take a couple of days. This is why 24 hour suspensions are not eligible for reviews. It takes longer than the suspension for them to review it.

    It takes longer than 2 hours for them to review your case. So it can take a couple of days. This is why 24 hour suspensions are not eligible for reviews. It takes longer than the suspension for them to review it.

    I got a 2 week ban under review because some guy couldn't move the ball on me in madden 16. I have his vulgar messages he sent out of anger and frustration and when I reply back with one he reports me saying him and 300 others are filing on me. Jus because
    my skill level is way better than his I get suspended. Do they even care about what the people who filing these complaints are doing? I have all of his message saved. Why don't they check those?
