How do I contact the enforcement squad on their website?

I know they do not work through the forums anymore and only their website but how do I contact them from there?

Sorry, but no one here on the forums can address issues dealing with enforcement actions. Also The Enforcement team does not monitor the forums.

You will need to visit Xbox's enforcement page to find out any information about your current case.

How do I contact enforcement

I was permanently com banned about 5 months ago I want to be able to talk to my friends and teammates on Xbox I can’t file a case review I promise not to do anything I just want my acc back to normal please text 3049649646 on any way to solve this issue

Nome of those options appear to me when I go to my enforcement history

 

Make sure you're signed in with the account that is suspended/banned. You can only submit a review if you are currently suspended/banned, if the suspension is longer than 24 hours, or if the ban was issued less than 18 months ago.

 

So basically since my ban was only "24 hours" and I'm still experiencing the after effects a week later, I can't contact them about it? That's just ridiculous I already knew Microsoft had a bad reputation when it comes to customer support but this is just
sad.

 

Is your account still currently suspended? When you go onto the enforcement website, does it say that your account has a perfect record? To go back to the original question, unfortunately, there's no official way of contacting the Policy and Enforcement
Team unless your account has been suspended for longer than a week, in which case the Case Review option is the only thing you can do. From what I know, even the Case Review only allows you to write a rebuttal rather than directly contact an enforcement member
via chat or phone.

i was given a 24hr suspension limiting my access using party chat, sending messages that ended early this morning. A few hours later I was kicked out of my game and sent a message telling me i was suspended yet again. I currently have a suspension on my
account not allowing me to send messages, use party chat etc. I have reviewed the code of conduct and I admit I have sent messages to players that's weren't "very eddicate" Only because they were lag switching, ddosing, cheating in some form, or displaying
unsportsmanlike behaviour. Please remove the suspension.

I got a 2 week ban under review because some guy couldn't move the ball on me in madden 16. I have his vulgar messages he sent out of anger and frustration and when I reply back with one he reports me saying him and 300 others are filing on me. Jus because
my skill level is way better than his I get suspended. Do they even care about what the people who filing these complaints are doing? I have all of his message saved. Why don't they check those?

 

They will check them if you report them via your console.

You weren't suspended because of your skill level but for the content of the message you sent.

It's always best to not reply,just report & block the sender.

 

well as far as i am concerned the fac that there is no way to directly contact a member of the enforment team is completely and totally ridiculous i mean this is pathetic i have been issued a communications ban for the second time for no reason and this
one is suposed to be a week long ban and im about to the point of canceling my xbox live account and switch to ps4 becuz im tired of the poor customer service and not being able to defend myself against some bogus ban im starting to realize why the ps4 is
outselling the xbox one and its mainly becuz of the way microsoft treats thier customers

The only remaining course of action for you to take would be to submit a formal notice of dispute directly to Microsoft.
