How do I contact support?

Hi there I need to contact Xbox preferably by phone as I’ve had a player make extremely damagin accusations about me and got me an unfair communication ban. I got banned because I said this … you called me a [mod removed] when u started messaging me all angry. Now I’m not going to say that word but it’s extremely damaging and disgusting and very serious of an accusation to make and I don’t understand how I’m the one who got a ban over that sentence and I’d really like to speak to someone about it if anyone can help me .
