How do I contact support

Yesterday I requested a call back from support, we didn't get it sorted because I had to call my bank first. I got the answers I needed then requested another call back but I never got the call. So I request another and the site tells me that I've reached the limit for the day. The agent emails me and tells me to call the 1-800 number so we can finish our call but the number is useless and just directs you to the website that tells you that you've reached the call limit.

Fast forward, its been more than 24 hours since then and yet the site is still telling me that I can't talk to anyone.

Unfortunately you can only request a callback or talk to a support agent by live chat. Callbacks only work on Xbox business hours and they have a limit for them.

When on the support page, you can also request to talk to an agent. Keep changing topics and categories until the option to chat with an agent is shown to you.

Here on the community forum we are only users. I hope you understand.

You can request a call back or chat with support at http;//support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing those options, change your category/topic until you do. Typically
Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" works for me.

Unfortunately I can’t do a case review as my suspension isn’t long enough but it’s the principle of the thing for me I don’t understand how I can be banned for what I said

I've never dealt with SquareTrade before, so I can't speak from experience.

All I know is that if the product is in warranty through Microsoft, then they will fix / replace it. If it's not under warranty, then they will still fix / replace it but at a cost.

And if you want to speak with someone directly, then you have to go through the Contact Us site and click on an issue that will give you the "request a call" option.
