How do I contact support??

The controller that came with my console is malfunctioning and i have a SquareTrade warranty but they need proof from Microsoft that they wont fix it. How am i supposed to get that proof when i don't know how to contact them?

Unfortunately you can only request a callback or talk to a support agent by live chat. Callbacks only work on Xbox business hours and they have a limit for them.

When on the support page, you can also request to talk to an agent. Keep changing topics and categories until the option to chat with an agent is shown to you.

Here on the community forum we are only users. I hope you understand.

Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" works for me.

Unfortunately I can’t do a case review as my suspension isn’t long enough but it’s the principle of the thing for me I don’t understand how I can be banned for what I said

I've never dealt with SquareTrade before, so I can't speak from experience.

All I know is that if the product is in warranty through Microsoft, then they will fix / replace it. If it's not under warranty, then they will still fix / replace it but at a cost.

And if you want to speak with someone directly, then you have to go through the Contact Us site and click on an issue that will give you the "request a call" option.
