HOW DO I CONTACT SUPPORT ABOUT A REFUND THAT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED?

Based on the description, it appears that you are having an issue on a refund that still you are not able to receive it. I really understand how frustrating this for you, and I really do apologize for this inconvenience.

In this case you are best to request all back from support. There may be something going on with the purchase.

When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a chat follow these steps:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One

Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes

Step 3-----select show contact options
Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Hi Eladio, I haven't received the refund yet and I called to Microsoft in my country but i didn't get any reply, they say only contact with Xbox support, I'm concerned for my money, how can I contact with refund team?

It appears that you have requested for refund with the pre-ordered game and it was already refunded however the amount is not yet credited in your account. Let us check and see on what we can do to help address your concern.

As per description that the game already showed refunded, depending on your financial institution billing cycle policy will the amount be credited in your account. The best way to deal with this is contacting directly your bank or card provider so that you will get the most accurate information related to your concern.
