How do I contact Minecraft support?

My newly brought account, which is due to me missing the migration deadline, does not allow me to play multiplayer or realms. When I turn of my wifi, and play offline and then turn wifi on again, I can play multiplayer. But, realms tells me I must obtain parental consent before I can play due to the gdpr? I'm 18, and above the age threshold. Any remedy to these issues.

Please make sure that your game is up-to-date and your Windows OS.

Try to sign out from your game and sign in again. You may also repair and reset it if possible via PC Settings > Apps > Apps & features.
