How do I contact Minecraft support?

So, I have had my Minecraft account for a few months now. I haven't been playing for a rather long time though, maybe a month? And I have played it already. I wanted to play again today, I click the play button and I was told to choose my username. I already have a username. I tried typing in my old name but it is already taken. I don't want a new name, or loose all my worlds so how do I contact Minecraft support with this problem?

Please make sure that your game is up-to-date and your Windows OS.

Try to sign out from your game and sign in again. You may also repair and reset it if possible via PC Settings > Apps > Apps & features.
