    How do I contact Microsoft about a refund that went completely wrong?


    I bought 2 12.99 virtual packs for brawlhalla little did I know it’s really the same style of fighting as other characters and they were just skins honestly. So then they refunded one canceled the other I go into brawlhalla. Figured if they’d only cancel
    one I’d still have 340 virtual currency......... NO I have neither of the characters and a -340 virtual currency balance so not only did my refund get denied they really took my money

    Well I’m not sure how it’s the WRONG website to do the refund if the options are there to do a refund.

    It’s almost like when I went to make a refund request it had the options to do a refund request…. Not sure how it’s wrong.
