I was told by Xbox Support to post here for the status of my refund. I was told the Specialist here would contact me.

Refunds are not guaranteed. If you've already emailed the refund specialists, wait for their response, but there is no guarantee they will change their reasoning. If they do not approve a refund, there is nothing else you can do. The email you replied to would be the only way to contact the refund specialists.

Bed thing to do is o reply to the email you're receiving and denying the refund to contact the refund specialists, you might also be able to contact online support.

You can try replying to the email denying the refund to contact the refund specialists. Otherwise, if they deny the refund there's really nothing else you can do.
