How do I connect to wireless internet if there is no networks showing on my screen?

Xbox One connects to my wifi network, but acts as if it is not connected to internet at all. The network test shows it is connected to the internet, but anything that requires the internet does not load. I have restarted the console multiple times;
including a hard reset removing everything from the Xbox. Also, there are no problems when connected to Ethernet, just the wireless network. I've called microsoft support, but did not have a solution. Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Concept, can you give me instructions on how to do this right from when you turn your system on, pls? I don't think I can clear my network settings because the message pops up that say "In order to access Network Settings you have to have your adapter plugged
into you console." This is when I'm at the screen that shows Wired Connection with the icon of the Ethernet cord, and Wireless Connection with the icon of the wireless bars. When you said reset do you mean to factory defaults?
