How do I connect my phone to get a wallpaper on my xbox

Hello, to be able to connect your phone, on your xbox, you plug it with a USB, but not all USB cables can do data exchange. If you use the Cable of the Elite controller it will work.

Edit: Sorry, I had not seen that it was an iPhone, try with the original cable, but I think you will be blocked. The apple system is certainly not going to allow you to share your data

Yeah the fastest way is definitely using an usb drive: download a wallpaper from your pc, transfer it to the usb and then plug it in the xbox. It should pop up the message and you can press the xbox button on your controller or you can go to ‘my games
and apps’, ‘media driver’ and then chose the usb.

I recommend putting the desired wallpaper on a USB 3.0 drive and then plugging that into the Xbox.

How to change your Background on Xbox One

  1.Download your chosen Wallpaper to a USB Drive
  
  2.Insert the USB drive into the Xbox One and open the Media Player app. Select File Explorer, choose that device, then select your image
  
  3.When it's displayed, press the Menu button on your controller and select "Set as background"
  

With regards to IE10 can i add & save bookmarks as an option? Can i watch streaming sites using IE on XBox One?

Whilst i'm playing a game can i share what i'm doing to Twitter using the controller?

The Xbox One is DLNA-compliant is this correct? So, if i find an app to make my phone or tablet as a media server will the XB1 (in theory) find my files and stream them over the XB1's Media Player?

If i find a nice wallpaper over at Bing or Google is there an option within IE to make that wallpaper as my console's wallpaper? And Is there a way to look for more wallpapers using the Xbox One?

On PS3 I could use wallpapers from numerous game sites, for the wallpaper of my PS3. I've just got the XBL update but don't know how to save wallpapers from sites like Rockstargames.com etc.
