    How do I Close an Xbox Account.


    Hi all!

    1 - I made 1st
    Xbox account on my 1st
    Email address.

    2 - I forgot my passwords etc so tried to make a 2nd
    xbox account on my
    2nd email address.

    3 - The 2nd xbox account on the
    2nd email provided a gamertag i didnt like and couldnt change.

    4 - I managed to use my 1st Xbox account with my
    1st email address.

    Now what my issue is.

    I use 1st Xbox account and 2nd Email account all the time.

    I dont use 2nd Xbox account or 1st email account.

    I DO NOT WANT TO DELETE ANY EMAIL ACCOUNTS!

    I only want to delete 2nd xbox account and then merge my 1st and 2nd email addresses.

    Is this possible?

    Accounts cannot be merged or deleted. At this point all you can do is just leave the Xbox account inactive. You can

    add the email address     as an alias on your first MS account.

    Hello pretty much it's supposed to he changed with the alias account. Since that is not working I would reach out to actual MS support. Theyll be able to give you more inaite. Make sure you have both gamertags and emails ready with passwords!
