How do i claim skins on my xbox game

I am playing Fall Guys via the Epic Games Launcher, but my Epic Games account is connected with my Xbox Account. I do not own the Xbox console, so I cannot play it via any Xbox-related software. But I have read that some people still got the skin, without actually launching Fall Guys from Xbox. I'm not sure if I linked my Xbox account to Epic before or after claiming the skin. But if I linked my Xbox account after claiming it, could that have caused the issue?

Also waiting on my skin, don't know how its supposed to be claimed, but its been over a week

So for PC games on another platform, I need an xbox to claim the skins?

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand you are asking about the skin you get for registering for the beta. You will need to get with Mojang on this as it is their promotion. All the

FAQ states is you will get an email on how to claim your free skin.

You will receive an email with instructions on how to claim your free skin within 24 hours of registration.

You will need to submit a ticket with Mojang.
