How do I change the region associated with my account

On my XBox, I am billed correctly with my local currency.

On the XBox mobile App I'm being billed in pounds.

Online, when I try to purchase something like EA access it is billing me in US Dollars. In fact, I can't actually make the purchase because I can not enter my correct address.

I'd like a uniform currency to be billed in. Where can I see what region my account is associated with.

This is a billing issue and you should contact xbox chat support billing section to sort this out:

support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

 

Basically you have an account region and an console region mismatch

You need to changethe your console region and account region to be there same

First goto my account and change my region on this website

Then you must change your console region

 

Plus your console region caused a split.billing issue which only support can fiz

 

For the best experience with live your account region and physical region must match and your console region
