Greetings, thank you for taking the time to write this informative reply! I still have access to this account. Since the discovery of my compromised account, I have taken the following actions:

- Changed password

- Enabled 2-step

- Logged out devices

As far as my Microsoft account goes, it has been secured. As for the game's account, that is my current concern as I have no information as to how long it takes for the Microsoft-migrated Minecraft account to terminate the scammer's current session with my account, if it does at all!

How to change your Microsoft account password:

Sign in to your Microsoft account with your current password.
If you have forgotten the password, select I have forgotten my password and follow the indicated steps.
Or, if you're having major account login issues, see How to reset your Microsoft account password.
When you're signed in, select Security.
Select Password security.
Enter the current password and then a new password, retyping it to verify it.
Select Save.

Here's HOW to do it:

I want to change my WLID password.

You can change your WLID password from your Xbox 360 console. You will be asked for the current password and you must be connected to LIVE to complete this change. Follow these steps to change your password:

Navigate to the Settings Hub (far right on the dashboard) and select Account.

Navigate to the Your Information panel, select Windows Live ID.

Select Change Password.

Enter your current and new password.

Select Save Changes.

I want to change the WLID associated with my GT.

If for any reason you want to change the WLID you have associated with your account, all you need to do is follow these steps:

Navigate to the Settings Hub (far right on the dashboard) and select Account.

Navigate to Your Information panel and select Windows Live ID.

Select Change Windows Live ID.

Select Yes once you have created a new WLID.

Enter the password for your current WLID.

Enter the WLID and password you would like to use.

Complete the prompts to save your change.

Additional Information

You can make only one WLID change every 30 days (per GT).

Your Microsoft Points are automatically transferred to the new WLID.

Before you can change the WLID associated with a child account, you must provide the WLID information for the adult account with parental control.

AND THEN YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT CHANGING THE WLID ONLY CHANGES HOW YOU SIGN IN

You will not transfer infromation from one gamertag to another but rather change the credentials. So if you change them in one spot you will need to update other spots as to the the changes made.
