    How do I change the email address linked to my son's xbox?


    I used my email address when I set up my son's account to his first xbox when he was 7. I now want to link his own, current email address to it but cant seem to find out how, other than creating an alias, which I don't wish to do. Any help would be much
    appreciated. Thanks.

    HELP. Issues accessing main gamer tag

    Hi I'm having issues accessing my main and gold membership gamer tag. When I try and sign onto my Xbox gamertag I am asked to fill in the password to my linked email address. The linked email address isn't one I recognise and have tried all the forgotten
    my password/recover my email address options but still can't access. As I'm current unable to access anything on my gamertag until i get passed the password log in, how do i access my account/change email address without knowing the details of the current
