How do i change the address of an order from microsoft.de ?

Unfortunatellyu There is no one talking or responding to me. Chat says unavailable or tells me to wait 30minutes and more and then it closes the chat.
I am trying all day. When the order says that has already been shipped

Thanks again for responding.
I managed to talk to Microsoft. At start they direct me to UPS so i had to speak with them to change the Country error Microsoft did.
But no luck there. Microsoft has to reclaim the package back and then send it again.
But again after contacting Microsoft i got a huge rejection on that.
They are willing to let the parcel go to the unknown destination, then wait to come back at ups and then ups will resend it back to Microsoft.
AND THEN they will contact me to send it again.
HOLY MOTHER OF GODS.
FIRST-PROPABLY LAST-EXPERIENCE WITH MICROSOFT.
