How do I change the account of which that an x box one s game has been used to download

I dont know if this is the right place but I recently got an x box one s and it came with a code to download Forza Horizon. In the middle of the installing progress when it was 37 percent done it said launch game, even though the game was not downloaded
yet, so my cousin launched the game and signed in with his account, and the game thinks he purchased the game so whenever I launch the game it says need to sign in with owners account and my cousin always has to come and sign in with his account to launch
the game, is there any system of changing my cousins account in the game and me not having to sign with his account, thanks

I can't download games with gold X Box One games in the Microsoft store page

Hi, as the subject says, I want to download X Box One games from the games with gold program. I don't own an X Box One, but I know you can download them online so it can be considered as "purchased" into the account. I normally do this in the past, but
now, the only options I see is "install on my device" (which I don't have an X Box One) and "buy as a gift". How can I download the games online?

I have a gold membership yearly, but it's redeemed through a gift card.

I do attempt to "download" the game on my X Box 360 console, but that has been unreliable for the longest time now. Every time I click download, it would state that I own the game; however, when I check the next time I turn on the 360, it would still say
"get for X Box One -free" meaning that it's not purchased into my account. Going online would confirm I don't have it in my account.

Was there a change that I need to own an X Box One?

I want to send this message to Microsoft support, but navigating through customer support was like a maze and I was lead here instead.

Anyway, thanks for any responses.

X-Box & Microsoft Loyalty

Hi guys. I have been with you for 14 years, and I don't intend to stop. I currently own 2 original X-Boxes, one is in storage. 3 X-Box 360's, 2 are in storage, one is being currently used, and that is the Gears Of War 320gb console.
I also own an X-Box One S, and that is the Gears Of War 2TB limited edition one. Noe since I have shown such loyalty, and have stuck with you for all these years, and I will continue to do so,, I as wondering if you could send me an X-Box One X. I have a 4K
TV, and I love how good the X-Box One S runs, and adding the X-Box One X to the X-Box family would be awesome. My favorite game is Gears Of War, and I love my 2 Gears Of War consoles sitting side by side. I am so excited that you guys acquired the rights to

I have. You do not have a Series S. You have a One S. There is the Xbox One family of systems which includes the One, One S, and the One X. Then there are the newer consoles which are the Series S and X, which are in the picture I posted above. That game has not been released on the One which means it will not work in any console of that family including the One S you have. The game was released for the Series S and X.

I have a bigger problem, I am getting charged for services not requested. I have changed my card number with the Credit Card company and some how they are now charging on that number which has not been used with X-Box or Micro Soft account.

The recent charges are not showing up on the account as purchases or subscriptions.

I actually think that X Box live has made me update a change that has messed up both X Box 360 s now. I had to make an X box live update to the spare X Box today Is there a help desk number so I can speak to someone? Is somebody going to realise that a
faulty update has been made and repair the bug?

I Know it works the same way on all consoles, but for some games its only for the 'x box one enhanced' umbrella. DTS X is irrelevant because its not in games thats only for blu ray output at the moment. For example, i bought shadow of the tomb raider
on my base model x box, and atmos audio is not supported on the base model x box, on the x model only, and possible the s, not sure about that. I confirmed this in a phone call with microsoft support, which i made because i wasnt geting atomos with it. I
also confirmed this through the forums. Apparently you weren't aware that not all games with dolby atmos for x box have it enabled on all consoles, sometimes just the higher ones, unless it has changed in the last six months. I need to know if the atmos
enabled games that dont support atmos on the base model x box but support it on the x box one x, also it n the s box one s also, so i can buy one to have atmos on all available games with it. Its NOT available for all games that have atmos on the base model
x box . If you could find this out i would be very happy.
