how do i change -personalize the background theme on a 360 console

Hello Dambra. I'm Arturo, and I''l be glad to provide assistance with your inquiry today.

It is important to point out that the following “Profile & system > Settings > General > Personalization > My background” can be made only on Xbox One and newer systems.

However, to set a custom background on your Xbox 360, you should be able to do it in this way:

Step 1. Get a USB drive and make sure it's formatted as FAT32.

Step 2. Connect the USB drive to a PC and transfer the image you want to use as background (for better compatibility, download the picture in JPG or JPEG format).

Step 3. Connect the USB to your Xbox 360 and go to the “apps” tab > “my apps” > image viewer (the app with the camera icon) > select portable device.

Step 4. You should be able to see the image listed if it's in the right format (JPG or JPEG), highlight the image and press Y to set it as your background.
