    please help I haven't been able to play with my friends for a long time. Very frustrating , the youtube videos don't help at all.

    WHY did they have to create the moderate nat type ?? Please help I'm so frustrated

    It depends of what brand/model modem/router you have. If you are able to tell us this we can give you directions on how to open the NAT type.

    HOW DO I CHANGE NAT TYPE FROM MODERATE TO OPEN?

    hi diequick57,

    the nat type isn't a creation of such, it is merely a state of your connection to other connections.

    Usually a restart of your console can correct the issue, failing that, there are a number of solutions to try.

    To do so, we would need to know more about your network setup, how you connect to the network, etc.
