How do I change my profile on xbox.com to reflect my primary xbox one gamertag?

I created a profile #1 on our xbox 1 with an outlook email. When I went to log into xbox.com on my mac, my outlook email defaulted to my comcast.net email and created a new profile (#2). It showed up on our xbox. I don't want profile #2 on my xbox or xbox.com,
so I deleted it but when I try to log into xbox.com using outlook.com email, it keeps defaulting to my comcast.net email and this unwanted/deleted gamertag. I just want my primary gamertag/profile on my xbox to reflect on the xbox website. How can I do this?

How do I change my profile picture?

How do I change my profile picture so that it reflects current changes I have made to my avatar? The picture in my profile is wrong I have tried to change it but it does not change.

Avatar Background Color

nothing you do on Xbox One will reflect on Xbox.com. at least not yet. so whatever changes you make you won't see them here. well if you change your Avatar's clothes that will reflect. but gamerpics won't. at any rate, go into your profile on Xbox One
and then choose edit Avatar .. you can set the background from there.

Hey there -

Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. That should remove the stored value for your email on Xbox.com. Once you've done that, you should be able to sign into the website using your preferred email account.

Alternatively, you can try using a different browser as well.

Husband had a thought...if I were to change my gamertag name to reflect my original xbox profile name, would that get my leveling back?

On xbox.com it says my gamertag is what i changed it to. But on xbox it shows my changed gamertag in games, but when i go to my profile it shows my old gamertag and right under it it shows the gamertag i did change it to.

I completed this chapter and unlocked all the achievements but it's still not reflected on xbox.com. Do I have to recover my gamertag and play it again?
