Discus and support How do i change my background in the xbox android app??? in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; So i have looked everywhere in the app and online and CAN NOT find an answer and honestly i find it absolutely hilarious that i even have this problem...     How do i change my background in the xbox android app???


    So i have looked everywhere in the app and online and CAN NOT find an answer and honestly i find it absolutely hilarious that i even have this problem let alone not being able to find anything about it. And i know if you log into another console it will change it all over but i would think i would be able to change it on my phone. And if not why cant i find anything about it.

    How do I change my background theme?

    Go to the Social Tab along the Top. If you Press A on your Avatar it should come up with the Theme Option in there.

    Xbox app crashing

    I have encountered the same issue in the past however, for me the fix was quite simple. I use an android, samsung note 9, and with its "device management" it will kill background apps in order to save battery and optimise performance. I went into the battery
    tab and removed the xbox app from the targeted/watched apps. I am not very sure how the ios platform handles this issue but I can only imagine it's the same - try removing it from "Sleeping apps" or shield it from the task manager (allow it to run in the background).

    Impossible to remote Install Games on Xbox

    I have this issue too with my Xbox One X and the Android GamePass app. This used to work however something must have changed in either my Dashboard (Preview Alpha) or the Android app. Strangely enough, the Android GamePass app is able to uninstall items
    on my console and record the installation progress when I manually install GamePass games on my console.

    I have reported this issue both on the GamePass app and via console Insider Hub report feature.
