account returned with new wlid..

no emails or other wlid on the account only the alt email i gave for UAI for them to contact me when they gave back GT,wich was unrelated to my account when they stole it

i changed secret question/answer

i removed alt email replaced with brand new emails not associated with anything

i changed password

i changed all personal info on the account name/address phone everything

i never posted my sr# on here or anywhere

i dont have a keylogger/malware i run malware scans daily, and if i was keylogged, they wouldnt be requesting pasword resets, they'd already have my password

i took every security precaution after i got account back, i didnt use any of the alt emails for anything other then for xbox

8:44 monday morning i get password reset sent to my alt email...i relize o s*** they know my new email address and wlid

ok i then make brand new email account, i link this brand new email to my account and remove the email they sent pw reset to.

this morning i go to check new email and it is blocked do to suspicious activitie and have to reverify personal info to get into email, i called email provide to ask why? they said it happens when password is entered incorrectly to many times.

if the hackers where able to get my SR# this was NO fault of my own as every detail that was associated with the account when it was compromised was changed by me after i got my account back through the alt email that only the enfourcment team had. plus
every email i created since i was comprimised the first time was all fake info.

So this time,im not buying social engineerd, my guess is there some how using the unique account ID numbers listed under ur wlid in windowslive overview to create other microsoft products like zune and then they can see all the new info,or they are calling
up microsoft with an old refrence number from when they first stole the account and pretending they forgot the wlid SR#.......i dont know, in any case they're trying to steal my account again because they're sendin pw resets to email address i just created,
wich nothing has any info related to the info that was compromised..

somehow they're still able to get my account info

@slake.. i was unable to change anything on the account because i froze the account the first time it was stolen, i couldnt even get on my account because they had removed my wlid and replaced it with tere own, and i told microsoft this, the wlid that was
on there was not mine
