    I have just got an Xbox one and I am 18 and my account is a kids account even though it wasn't on the Xbox 360. There is no parent account either

    I agree, this is annoying, tried to set my kids up with profiles for just dance and they don't have email accounts.

    Change Secondary Acct. with Primary Acct.

    I have a Gold Family Account and currently my kids account is the primary and my account is the secondary. How do I change the secondary account to the primary account? Is this possible?

    You will need your parents to change the settings. If you have reached that old "adult" age, then your parents will need to remove you from the "family" account.

    Ok so I have done all of that, my account clicked on their gamer tags changed settings saved, then, removed the kids accounts from the xbox powered down, powered up added the one of the kids accounts and still get the following when trying to go online with
    a game...

    I really don't get it, they basically don't have any restrictions at the moment on their account and they were playing fine on xbox 360 before this.
