How do i challenge an enforcement??

My son received an enforcement on his account when he goes to speak to his friends on Fortnite.

When i check on Microsoft, he has no active or previous suspensions showing. Microsoft staff won't assist and i can't challenge as nothing is showing.

I initially thought it it would be a 24 hour suspension, this happened Saturday and is still ongoing. Can anyone help or provide guidance??

If its not showing in Microsoft or Xbox then it sounds like its an Epic suspension.

1. Already be signed in on xbox.com

2 Google Halo Waypoint

3. Go to sign in

4. It should load and sign in your profile

5. Go to your name on site at the top

6.Click on it and go to challenges (fourth one)

Ps Also it does that to sign in if your not already signed in.
