    How do I cancel the Gaming Subscrioptioin


    We thought the gaming subscription of $9.99 was a one-month only and we would be notified if would be charged again. I need to cancel it and can't seem to get channeled through to the right department.

    You should be able to cancel at http://account.microsoft.com You'll find the subscription under Services and Subscription.

    If not, you'll want to contact support and speak to billing. http://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see the options for chat or to request a call back, change
    your category/topic. Usually Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" works.
