How do I cancel subscription of 10.99

Based on your description, you were charged of 10.99 for a monthly subscription after Xbox Game Pass after trial ended. However, it is showing that you still need to pay for the same amount on account's services and subscription. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner.

For cancellation of your subscription, you will have to go to your account's services and subscription and cancel it from there. On cancelation you will be either turning off the recurring bill or will be refunded. If you were offered with a refund that means you have been successfully charged of 10.99 for the monthly of your subscription. Or else, the bank did not authorize the charge and Microsoft did not receive the amount 10.99 yet. Otherwise, we would like to know the answer to our question below.

May we ask what do you see when you go to account.microsoft.com/services? Does your Xbox Game Pass subscription in InDunning or Failed or Canceled or Inactive?

But will I have to pay £10.99 a month?

I was thinking of just paying the £1 for 3 months then cancelling and reverting back to xbox live gold.

Is that not how it would work?
