    How do I cancel my Xbox Live subscription if my original email and credit card are gone?


    Just like the subject says. I made my first Xbox Live account (not this Microsoft account I'm posting as) years ago on an Xbox 360. Signed up for the Gold subscription I think at the time. Well, I've deleted that email account awhile ago, and the credit
    card I used to sign up is gone, and I don't really know which card is being used now. I know, sounds dumb of me. Anyways, how do I cancel my subscription? I went through the whole questionnaire process but didn't get verified that I am the actual owner
    of the account. I think it's because I couldn't answer enough of the questions correctly.

    I've looked around for a way to CALL Microsoft on the PHONE, but that appears to be very much over my skills on Bing / Google etc.
