Can you or someone contact me via phone PLEASE cause I really want my other account bad that’s linked to my subscription. I’ve had that account for like 8-10 years probably. I appreciate it ! I can not get into my account at all therefore I can’t get into my settings. I don’t know if I’ve been hacked or event the reason why I’m locked out. I opened it so long ago don’t remember all the credentials.

A few months ago one of my accounts was hacked by a user and they hijacked my account to firstmailer.net account. I apparently don't have enough info to recover the account.

However I am still being charged my monthly Game Pass subscription. I am unable to cancel this subscription because they refused to recover my account back to me.

Canceling the subscription from the Xbox side would require you having access to the account to login and cancel it.

If you are unable to recover the account then your only other option would be having your bank block any future charges.

You could try contacting to customer service on fulmination, to cancel any subscription that is active trough a Microsoft account is necessary to have access to the account, but you can also try contacting your bank to cancel the monthly charge
