How do i cancel banned account membership?

I have 1 account thats permanently banned and it has 1 year gold so every year 60 dollars goes to that account and i cant find a way to cancel it because when i sign in on the website it said theres a glitch in the system or something and on this other account
i have a 1 month free membership and it got banned and i cant go to account on the xbox because you cant press it until you got xbox live and i used a fake email on it and i need help trying to get those 2 accounts not have renewable on it anymore so i dont
waste money the account im using right now has nothing to do with this

Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

That's because you are beyond the refund period

Do you really expect 4months of service without paying for it?

I don't know what world you live in but 4months is beyond any refund period

You can cancel at 4months but you forfeit the time left and the charge remains

You can have them remove the creditcard but the charge remains and a prepaid code is issued

Btw blocking payments won't work because if you are denied it looks bad on your credit and they ask ms first of it was unauthorized access And it is much better to cancel autorenewal

You'll need to have your parents contact them with the details of the parental account and your banned gamertag.

 

its not a parental account its a normal account with normal everything

 

You should be able to call and talk to support then if not a child account. If the payment is in someone elses name then that person would need to talk with support.

 

This is going to be a grey area as they will be expecting to speak with an adult for an adult account. However, I wish you luck Vixruh.
