How do I cancel a refund request/will it be cancelled?

I never knew about the passcode ill be sure to put that on as we speak.

I have emailed the email back asking for cancellation as instructed so from here I think we are all good.

I suggest 2 things to stop this happening. First set up a pass key for purchases and such https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/...-guest-key/create-and-manage-xbox-one-passkey

If that doesn't work you can always remove the card details from the xbox https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/...es/manage-payment-options-and-billing-address

hahah same problem here , i refunded a game and its approved with no email saying thats its refunded and also the game is still playable now even with the refund it approved , but my guess here is the refund system is bugged 100% because the refund isn't going through , the status of the game is "completed" on microsoft order history instead of "refunded" , so yeah xD

If the refund request has been approved, the funds are likely already on the way to your bank. At this point may not be possible to cancel the request, if it's out of Microsoft's hands.

You should've got an email with a reference number confirming the refund, reply to that email to let the team know that the refund is no longer needed. If it's not too late, they should be able to assist you with this.

I recommend that you respond to the email you received regarding the refund request as it is the only way to contact the refund team again. If the refund request has already been approved or if you don't receive a response in time, then you should wait for the refund to be processed and subsequently repurchase the refunded item if you wish.
