    Hi, please can you help. My son tried to add a game to his Xbox but it didn’t download as I have parental restrictions on his account. This game is showing as pending and I believe it is blocking the download queue. How do I delete it?

    Which country do you live in? How full is your hard drive on the console? Are you using any online services while attempting to download the game? (using online services can put the game in pending mode).

    Have you tried selecting the game from the queue and choosing download now?

    right this is how i got mine working if you have downloaded the euro 2012 demo/game delete it and go back to download once it comes up pending cancel it and hopefully it should start working so you can buy packs with microsoft points
