I purchased the deluxe edition of Call of Duty Black Ops IIII and was supposed to get 8,500 COD points to purchase things in the game but they are not on my account when I play the game. I would like someone to help me figure out how to get what I am entitled
to. It would be easiest for me if someone could call me at [Mod Removed - Personal Information] and explain. It is extremely frustrating that it is virtually impossible to get someone on the phone to help. We spend a lot of money with your
company and I have just spent 45 minutes trying to figure how to get through to someone but to no avail. Even when I searched your website, the customer service number on there is not in service. Talk about poor service from one of the richest companies
in the world.

There's different options depending on your region. Usually the easiest way is to go to support.xbox.com then contact us, billings issues, other, then there should be an option to request a call.

Thanks for reaching out! If I'm understanding the situation correctly, you didn't receive the 8500 COD points that came with the deluxe version of Black Ops 4. If you haven't received those points in game
by now, then you would need to
contact Activision directly so that they can look into what may have happened and get those points added to your account.

You should get your CoD Points Tomorrow when the Update goes live at 6PM GMT when they add more items to the Black Market in game store.

When you booted up the game for the first time and redeemed your items in the small print it did say that CoD Point Data is being store in the background for future use.
