    Setting your country to one other than the one you are in is circumventing the Xbox Georestrictions and is against the TOS so we can't really advise on what to do.

    As to whether/when XBL will be available in Lithuania, there's always a possibility...it's down to your country's laws, your Government and Microsoft..there could be privacy laws in your country that prevent it or something similar. Best thing to do is write to your government representatives and ask.
