    How do I authorize an unknown sign in?


    I'm trying to sign in to my Xbox Live account, and I can't figure out how to authorize it. I've put in my account information to my Xbox 360, and it says that I can't sign in. I added the device to my account a while ago, but that didn't help the problem.
    Any solutions?

    Edit: The only way I can use that account is if I disconnect my internet connection.

    To add to what Mistress Sara said you also want to make sure your password is not longer than 16 characters the 360s do not like passwords longer than 16 characters and do not play well with 2 factor authentication turned on.
