How do I appear online by using the app

Well, I know the problem that causes this. Go to this link: https://www.ign.com/wikis/xbox-one/How_to_Appear_Offline_on_Xbox_One You don't
need to select Appear Offline, but you need to click Appear Online.

still, click Online.

thanks for the reply.

I do use the same account for my game and the Xbox App and my Win10, but saddly Xbox.com tells me the same what my Xbox App is telling me... The achievements that I unlocked in the App also appear online but not more...

Hi Zero, Unless you set your settings to restrict content etc...appearing online means you are viewable by your friends and your don't need to click it to appear online. I am uncertain how the Xbox App handles the settings for Xbox One, but I will find out
and get back to you.

It must be a status of your friend how long he is currently offline. On your profile or on Xbox app, there's an option to toggle between "Appear online" or "Appear offline".

If you're talking about how I appear online that has nothing to do with what I'm talking about. I always appear offline so that has nothing to do with my issues with Microsoft.
